Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, your current features remain until the end of your billing period.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts, no commitments. You can cancel anytime. If you choose annual billing, you save 20% but can still cancel (with a prorated refund for unused months).
What happens when I hit my event limit?
You’ll need to either archive an existing event or upgrade to a higher plan to create more. We’ll always let you know before you hit your limit.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
Never. We charge a flat subscription fee only. 100% of your ticket sales, reservations, and revenue stays with you.
