By accessing or using What's The Move (“WTM”), including our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

WTM is a real-time event and experience discovery platform. We provide a mobile application for users to discover local events and venues, and a venue management platform for businesses to promote their events and manage their presence.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Venue Subscriptions

Venue accounts may purchase subscription plans to access premium features. Subscriptions are subject to the following:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use WTM for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on WTM are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

WTM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of event information posted by venues or third-party sources. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of WTM after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
